    I have eaten at both, both at El Molino and at the origin. And the truth is that they are both Top of Top. Seasonal, local, fresh product, treated with love. A cuisine from the land, from people connected to their environment. The backgrounds are extraordinary, they give harmony to each dish without losing the authenticity of the flavor. A meal prepared with such delicate care and respect that your body appreciates it. You leave with a feeling of harmony with those seasonal foods that resonate with the flow of your body.

    Marvelous!!! I have no words to describe how perfect and enjoyable our birthday celebration dinner was… My partner and I went to dinner on a Friday at Origen located on the ground floor where they serve an Origen menu for €32 without drinks, upstairs they serve a two Michelin star menu. As soon as we arrived, they seated us at our table and immediately brought the menu and drink cards. The waiter and waitress who served us were very pleasant, friendly, polite and very professional, with a smile on their faces and very attentive (thank you very much ☺️) We ordered the order and it didn't take long for it to be served, first the drinks were a beer and a Crianza Rioja and then the first ones We ask for the first to share ⭐️Home-cured salmon carpaccio, pickles, butter and toasted bread. The carpaccio was perfect thin soft and melted in the mouth (our favorite) ⭐️Pasta sautéed with mushrooms, prawns, parmesan and citrus. The wonderful pasta of 10, perfect satiating and very good and a cheese flavor that we loved 🥰 Note that as a detail, when we told them that we were sharing plates, they brought us two plates and the carpaccioal center and the pasta were brought for each one on their plate, a detail. Second we ask: ⭐️Cannelloni with free-range chicken and spring truffle, very rich and soft. ⭐️Glazed beef cheek with tuber puree and dehydrated mint, tender, good and perfect flavor and melted in the mouth. The desserts did not disappoint: ⭐️ Brioche bread toast with vanilla ice cream. Very soft, creamy and very good ⭐️ Arruazu cheesecake A creamy cake, easy to eat and with a perfect cheese flavor, it doesn't taste sugary at all and without a doubt my favorite, in my taste it has too much red fruit but it was very good. We loved the menu, very large portions and the quantity was very good, we will definitely repeat one day because our experience has been wonderful!! Thank you for the treatment and a perfect birthday celebration!! Congratulations team 🤗☺️
