  This is a review of the restaurant- but seriously may have been the best meal we’ve ever gone to. I’m vegetarian and they curated ten courses of vegetarian food to accommodate the tasting menu my partner was having, with an incredible and thoughtful pairing of wines. The servers and somm were super friendly and accommodating of our requests and the dinner was honestly incredible. Can’t say enough good things!

  Great restaurant with taste of local food at gastronomy level. I took my friends from Thailand here and she like the food here more than the Michelin star 1,2 and 3 in Paris. She said it is the best restaurant in her trip (from Paris to Mont Saint Michel, St Malo, Britany, Biarritz and down to San Sebastián). The food is super great and also the service, atmosphere of the restaurant is even make this place special. If you happen to be in the region, you should come and try. For customers who may have lower budget, the owner also have bistro next to gastronomy restaurant. It is also very good… and it is really worth the money to go. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the region.

  I can't speak for the hotel, as we only had dinner at the restaurant. But everything was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
