  A superb discovery this afternoon (there were 15 of us)! The Capbourrut restaurant in Ustaritz offers excellent, refined cuisine full of flavors. Each dish is a real treat, as beautiful as it is delicious. You can feel the passion and know-how in the kitchen. The setting is pleasant, and the warm welcome completes this great experience. I highly recommend!

  Nice place but it is not at the level of the food, the simple decoration. The food was spectacular!!!, while we waited they gave us black pudding and a cream of some vegetable (I didn't know which one) exquisite, the black pudding was 10, the monkfish was very good and the cod was equally good, a mix of impressive flavors and everything was just right, the desserts, the apple one and the chocolate one without a doubt the best desserts I have ever eaten, congratulations to everyone especially the pastry chef. It's a pleasure to go to eat at a restaurant with very friendly people, concerned about details and wanting customers to leave satisfied. Will I return???? As many times as I can. What you offer in a place with adequate decoration would be the finishing touch.
