Located in the heart of the charming village of Ascain, Gabatxo is a unique hybrid of wine cellar, cheese shop and delicatessen, all available to eat in or take away.

We invite you to discover our carefully chosen selection of over 350 wine references, with a strong representation of the French and Spanish Basque Country. All bottles on the shelves are available for consumption on the premises at the caviste price plus corkage fee, and a wide selection of wine by the glass is also available for tasting. 

As for our stall, it features over 70 references of cheeses and charcuterie from the Basque Country and beyond, offering a variety of flavors and textures to satisfy every palate, as well as home-made catered dishes to complete your gastronomic experience.
