The tapas & delicacies bar – Erdiko, a new place of flavors

A link with the city, our bar and its terrace are friendly places where we taste the expression of the generosity of Basque culture, whether on the plate or through the decoration which highlights the artisans premises: Goicoechea pottery, the claustras created by Alki, the works of art by Franck Cazenave or even the stretched canvases from the Atrium company printed with Basque words.

Erdiko overlooks the gardens of the Thalazur Saint-Jean-de-Luz hotel and is open all day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. In a relaxed atmosphere , discover a place resolutely geared towards sharing ! You will find fresh and local products whether at lunchtime in the form of snacks, in the afternoon for tea or in the evening around signature tapas from the wine bar.

As soon as it opens, try one of our “classic”, “French” or “detox” breakfast options to recharge your batteries ! Then at lunchtime, it's time for snacking where our chef offers you seasonal dishes to share, salads , risotto and pasta of the day. Without forgetting the fabulous dessert trolley where you can choose from homemade pastries, as beautiful as they are delicious!

After a moment of relaxation around a Euskaren tea or a cold drink in our most comfortable and warm sofa areas, it is time to switch to “tapas” mode! Until 11 p.m., Erdiko offers you various tapas, Ibaiama Montauzer ham, Basque pâté with Espelette pepper, charcuterie or Ossau Iraty cheese platters and Betiko fish rillettes (tuna or sardine)…

As for drinks, Erdiko gives pride of place to regional products by integrating “Belharra” beer into its menu, wines such as Txakoli, white, rosé or red Irouleguy estates and of course classic or signature cocktails.
