  This site deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Located in the heart of the Old Town of Donostia, Txakolina is a place that you cannot miss.  The bar is full of traditional and creative pintxos, all made with top quality ingredients. The gildas are a classic that never fails, and the mussel croquettes with squid ink, known as “sea truffle”, are a delight that surprises the palate.  The atmosphere is cozy, with a decoration that mixes wood and stone, reminiscent of the typical farmhouses of the region. The staff is attentive and always ready to recommend the best pairing with their own txakoli, Inazio Urruzola, produced in their family winery in Alkiza.  If you are looking for an authentic gastronomic experience in San Sebastián, Txakolina is a mandatory stop. Don't miss it! We are looking forward to returning 🤤
