  I did a few private Gyrotonic sessions with Anne-Charlotte during a trip with my family from New York. I was so impressed with the beautiful studio and with Anne's ability to so nicely balance technical instruction with lightheartedness, humor, and joy. I enjoyed my sessions so much that I was quite sad to go back home! I'll certainly be returning for more Gyrotonic with Anne-Charlotte.

  Anne-Charlotte is an excellent Gyrotonic and Pilates teacher, very kind and precise, always focused to help you feel better in your body. You could tell she loves what she does. Her studio is bright and beautiful with a lot of machines to practice on…I feel like a new man after her class.

  I've been doing gyrotonic for just over a year now and it has aided me with my mobility, posture and flexibility. Anne-Charlotte is attentive and focuses on every aspect of each movement to ensure that the exercises are effective and come naturally after a while.
