    We were received by a young lady with a smile and professionalism who gave us valuable advice for touring the city and the Basque region. She also provided us with maps and brochures that we will keep for future visits. The shop is beautiful and packed with precious souvenirs and many local gifts to offer!

    We stayed at the Grande Hotel de la Poste to be there when The Soulsters were playing in the kiosk in the Place. It was a wonderful evening. A great atmosphere. Everyone singing and dancing to a popular répertoire. An event not to be missed.

    I want to complain about the lack of visibility of platform numbers in the train station. It is very easy to miss a train, particularly for non-French speakers

    Maybe it was our clerk, but not very helpful when we asked for information, Did not offer any suggestions other than one map. No mention of museums, market place etc.
