Accoceberry Authentic flavors of the Basque Country

Maison Accoceberry began in 1959 with a butcher's shop in the heart of the village of Espelette in the Basque Country.

Little by little, it diversified by selling cooked dishes based on traditional Basque recipes and then by marketing its dishes in preserves. It was therefore quite natural that the cannery came to strengthen the shop and expand its range of products with charcuterie and salted meats.

Today, the Basque preserves from Accoceberry are a way to find a little Basque tradition on your plate at any time. You will have the choice between pork or duck confit, Basque cooked dishes like the famous piperade à la basquaise or seafood products like squid à la basquaise.

It is obviously thanks to veal axoa, THE specialty of the village of Espelette, that Accoceberry has made its reputation. It is quite logical that Accoceberry offers you a whole range of axoa.
