Held by two brothers, Bérenger and Simon, two pastry chefs driven by passion and generosity, the pastry shop offers sweet treats and salted entirely made in a traditional way in the laboratory visible from the shop.
From the two-tone pastry with AOP Poitou Charente butter, through the savory offer and Roll's with crab meat, to their pastries, all the products offered are the subject of real research in aesthetics, in the balance of flavors and textures with a rigorous selection of raw materials.
