Erroa is the story of Maxime, a passionate and naturally curious cook. In his old beach restaurant Arrantza, he learned independently about working with sourdough and bread making. Motivated by challenges and challenges, he did not hesitate for a second when the opportunity to take over a bakery presented itself, and shaped Erroa in his image with a bakery restaurant. On the snack side, no classic buttered ham, but recipes that are out of the ordinary, such as octopus sandwiches, sados or bowls which evolve according to the seasons, and the inspiration of the morning. What doesn't change is homemade, whether for bread-making, pastries or snacking options. The desire of Maxime and his team is simple: to create a bakery-pastry-snack shop where the products are as good as they are beautiful , made with products that they like, and above all that they would like to taste.
