      The experience focuses on the history of cocoa in Oñati, from its arrival in the valley through medical studies at the University of Oñati to its development and transformation into chocolate. The visitor will actively interpret the secrets of the world of chocolate. In addition, it contains ancient chocolatiers, grinders, metates, molds or stones that ground cocoa.     When I went there was a student visit and I couldn't see anything. They didn't have chocolate from 85 or 90 and they don't know when it will come. Friendly staff. If you go and there is no visit, maybe you can see it better
