TXOTX, this small piece of wood that plugs the barrels in the cider houses of the Basque Country, has become the rallying cry of "fiesta aficionados". A cuisine, an atmosphere and of course an ambiance that we discover on many occasions: rugby matches, ham fairs, Bayonne festivals, business meals, conferences, weddings, seminars, birthdays, bachelorette parties or simply between friends.
At the bar or on the terrace, enjoy tapas and other delicacies with a homemade sangria, a cocktail or even a regional wine... Nothing is forgotten. An aperitif of course, but also a real meal at the table with typical dishes.
