The experience of several generations (over 200 years) and commitment to apple planting and selection, has led them to produce today a harvest with the following characteristics: strong cider, more aroma and flavor Being, at the same time, a sweet and easy-to-drink cider. They are delighted to have won the TXAPELA or 1st prize in the Gipuzkoa Best Cider Competition three times, in 2004, 2006 and 2010, and 2nd prize in 2007. These prizes are awarded by the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council, and the competition is characterized by its seriousness and rigorous selection process for the best cider. So much so, that at present they are the only cider with 3 Txapelas.
