Sidrería Ordo-Zelai is the result of many years of tradition. It all began in the caserío of the same name, located in the Ergoien neighborhood, where the Errandonea family began their cider-making activity.
The Ordo-Zelai sidrerie took its first steps into the world of cider in 1993. It produces its cider from apples from its 1,300 apple trees as well as those harvested from the surrounding caseríos.
The love of apple trees and the passion for the profession led the family to set up the current cider house in a magnificent setting, close to the main road in the Ugaldetxo district.
