      Widely open to the ocean, you will enjoy an exceptional view. You will have the impression of boarding a majestic liner for a journey of flavors. A culinary experience to be enjoyed in a bright atmosphere combining the elegance and refinement of 1930s codes, the naturalness of seaside codes , and the DNA of Basque codes.

      Savor the dishes of the Hélianthal restaurant on a large terrace overlooking the beach. Your gaze will be irremediably drawn to the Ocean. Our chef creates authentic and creative cuisine where local and seasonal products are in the spotlight, combining harmony of the senses, health and diet. The union of pleasure and health is thus found in each plate, as delicious as it is balanced, alongside products mostly from producers in the Basque Country.

      Lunch menu at €44 including appetizers, dish of the day, dessert of the day, coffee & sweets.

      Lunch package at €34 including starter or dessert.


      Sitting comfortably on the sofas of our Rooftop terrace facing the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, discover our wide choice of drinks at the Hélianthal restaurant bar.

      Taste Pascal Hamour teas or infusions , the Alain Milliat range of juices and nectar, varieties of sodas, our classic and "signature" cocktails with and without alcohol, Champagnes , aperitifs, Basque beers such as "la superb ambrée", digestives and wines by the glass or bottle... The complete seasonal menu can be discovered on site.

    Nous avons dîné deux soirs ici, les menus du jour étaient à chaque fois un véritable régal. Le restaurant est aussi très beau et agréable et mention spéciale à toute l'équipe qui a toujours été très serviable et chaleureuse. Un véritable plaisir, merci à tous et à l'année prochaine !

    After Sunday brunch we tried our hand at the restaurant with my daughter and were not only delighted with the welcome we received but also with the service throughout the meal! Very nice, really! The whole team is attentive to our slightest desires and very attentive. The culinary experience was quite a unique mouth-watering experience, which took us out of our usual routines but provided some lovely surprises! We thank the Chef for taking the time to come and talk with us. Once again thank you for this beautiful evening in sumptuous places, it must be emphasized!

    Thank you for the culinary and poetic journey through the forest, the ocean, our grandmothers' vegetable garden, and the mountains...all the way to Japan! We recommend the scallops with Sake, the grilled corn cream and its perfect egg, the Espelette pepper cheeses and the yin yang-style chocolate and hazelnuts from Justine Pérez! Champagne and Chablis are essential for a festive evening as a couple! A big thank you to Sébastien Piniello for his warm welcome.
