  Very beautiful culinary discovery with refined flavors that transport you. A menu that offers a truly successful compromise between the traditional cuisine of the region and the excellence of distant and precisely spicy flavors that take you on a journey - you have to try the crab gyozas! Contrary to some opinions, the plates are very accurately proportioned - especially for the vegetarian dish. The service is friendly and professional. Perhaps the atmosphere in the room would gain points with discreet background music which would blend perfectly with the setting. Congratulations to the Chef for her subtle and Michelin-starred cuisine!

  Very good restaurant in the heart of Sare with good products, elegant dishes and efficient and pleasant service

  The dishes do not live up to what we expected from the menu. The entrance not hot enough. The meat was not of high quality. In conclusion it is not worth the 130 euros spent.
