Everything, from the service, the atmosphere, the table, the decoration is taken care of to the millimeter. Highly recommended. It is money, but I think the effort and dedication behind it is worth it. The food, spectacular.
You may pay twice as much as in another restaurant, but you will enjoy it squarely.
The history of this food has to be heard and tasted. A 10!!

Excellent flavours, the lamb was probably the best, also the steak tartare and the calamari. Amazing service from Eider. Lovely vibe. Amaren was a great choice.
