  EXCELLENT !!!! No other words… or whatever there is another word to define these dishes… delicious! I live right next door and I've been looking forward to trying the menu since the restaurant opened! A cozy place where the dishes are rigorously prepared with love! It seems to me that the menu changes regularly but if ever you can leave the pear dessert!!! It was excellent, the best dessert I have ever tasted! Thank you for creating such a great restaurant in the heart of ustarritz I will come back for sure

  A little wonder in Ustaritz. 💎 Behind the stove: 2 enthusiasts and it shows in the plates. For my part, I had the foie gras with beet ketchup as a starter which adds a perfect touch of acidity to accompany the tender side of the foie gras. The candied fruits encrusted in the toasts add a gourmet touch. We ask for more. The edible flowers that complete this array of flavors are proof of careful cooking. For the main course I opted for the perfectly executed pork belly (a new thing for me). It was accompanied by a light Landes carrot puree which counterbalanced the richness of the pork. A delight for the taste buds. I finished with a note of indulgence with the 70% Saint Domingue chocolate cloud for dessert. A surprising sweet and savory dessert that plays on the differences in texture between the cloud of chocolate, the praline and the freshness of the sorbet. A composed palette that delighted my eyes and taste buds. A little extra for the appetizers offered at the beginning and at the end of this meal. I will definitely come back when I am in the area.
