    •  Gabriel and Anaïs relaunch their family's 1903 chocolate factory, in a restored 1313 watermill in La Bastide-Clairence (a village listed as one of France's most beautiful villages).


       The site is organized around three areas: 

      •  the Chocolate Factory, with traditional production "from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar". 
      •  the Museum, where the ancestral chocolate factory will be recreated, with machines in motion. 
      • the Mill, with an area dedicated to its history and operation. 


      It's the place to be for lovers of mechanics, history, heritage and, of course, chocolate. Discover, share and indulge in this unusual place.


       Opening date: December 17, 2023.

    Such a wonderful project to revamp the chocolaterie 🍫of the grand grand father ! If Children visit the museum. And taste their hot chocolate with the old recipe ! And purchase tablettes and mendiants for your friends ✨

    The whole idea is cool, the chocolate was nice and the story behind it was good… 🍫 that said the prices were just out of control, 17€ for a bag of chocolate buttons is just criminal 😭
