      Facing the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Chef Jean-Christophe Burlaud and his team invite you to discover their creative and gourmet vision of the Basque Country. Respecting the terroir, the Chef highlights local products influenced by his travels. Each product is carefully chosen from trusted producers and partners.

      Season after season, the best products are worked with freshness and generosity.

      The Ocean is so close, so connected. Land and Sea, the power of the Basque Country is the obvious inspiration for the Chef's cuisine.
      For lunch, the Aho Fina restaurant invites you in complete relaxation to discover its weekly menu and its seaside menu. For dinner, in an intimate and elegant atmosphere, the Chef and his team offer you a culinary journey from here and elsewhere. In an idyllic setting offering one of the most beautiful views of the Basque Coast, our team will give you a warm welcome in a friendly atmosphere.

    I loved every minute of my stay. I only stayed one night but I could have stayed a week. This is an exceptional hotel with very good attention to detail. The staff always greeted me by name and made every effort to make my birthday special. The hotel room had all the high end touches of a 5 star hotel. Very comfy bed too! I didn’t eat on property or use the spa, but the spa looked incredible. They also have a beautiful terrace for overlooking beach and bay that I wish I used.

    Not worth it for a drink. They probably could not have made it more expensive, pretty average quality, posh environment with uptight attitude. Coffee wasn´t good, service was average (not to say mediocre) but there is still plenty I do not know as I only went to the terrace for a coffee. Hopefully it changed, I don´t know, and France is expensive, no question about that, but where´s the quality? If you charge me over 5€ for a latte, I expect some decent coffee to remember.

    Not enough staff in the bar so the service is so slow. Waited 40 minutes to order a drink yesterday. (Nov 1st)

    we were guests of the hotel just for one night. friendly staff. rooms and bathrooms are simple but okay. breakfast buffet is very good with ample choice. the hotel has a terrace overlooking the ocean...

    Excellent. Spa and overall service second to none. Just wish the kitchen opened a bit earlier than 7pm but overall a great stay and we will definitely return.
