In our house we offer two unique culinary experiences, both under the concept of cultivated gastronomy, with a deep respect for the fresh produce from our garden, seasonality and tradition. To a large extent we owe this to La Mejana: Thanks to this very peculiar piece of land we can nourish ourselves with fresh products that the earth gives us. Exquisite vegetables full of quality and flavour, which reach their splendour thanks to the care and effort of those who grow them.

El Choko de Remigio is our exclusive gastronomic space, where chef Luis Salcedo offers a tasting menu that evolves with the seasons, highlighting the best products from our garden at their best. Here, creativity, technical knowledge and the season come together to offer an innovative vision of our land.

On the other hand, Restaurante Remigio , with more than 60 years of history, is a tribute to traditional Navarrese cuisine. In a room that has preserved its essence since 1936, we prepare dishes with authentic flavors from our region that honor our culture and local products.
