You can now indulge in a new sensory experience that the boutique at 4 Place Louis XIV offers. This boutique renamed Etxea (home, place of life in Basque) invites you on a sensory journey thanks to two of the machines needed to produce chocolate and praline, a scent of chocolate and roasted almonds will diffuse in the boutique.

Maison Adam works with cocoa beans from the best producing countries, with impeccable traceability to obtain exceptional chocolate while respecting the work of producers and the environment. Their purchasing and production processes are part of a strategy of transparency and product traceability in order to guarantee the highest quality to their customers.

Trained in collaboration with the Chamber of Trades, his apprentices stay in the company or return to settle there, won over by Adam's culture, its family and team spirit.

Jean-Pierre TELLERIA-ADAM passed on his know-how to his two sons, Andoni and Miguel, who are now the 13th generation to know the secret of the macaroon recipe and to make them in accordance with Basque tradition and know-how for over 3 centuries.
