Formerly established under the name of "Chocolaterie Pralinerie Didier Gaborit", he is now accompanied by his daughter Typhaine, pastry chef, who puts her hands in chocolate by his side, as well as his wife Nelly, who welcomes you to the store.

A cocoa and dried fruit lover, Didier invites you to discover his exceptional ganaches and pralines thanks to a wide selection of raw materials combined with great rigor and passion.
