House Adam Chocolate / Chocolatiers in Saint-Jean-de-Luz

House Adam chocolates are made from great cocoa vintages: criollo, forastero and trinitario, from the best terroirs. The ganaches and pralines from House Adam invite you to enjoy intense, velvety, crisp and impromptu flavors. Made in the secrecy of its workshops, the range of 36 chocolates will delight the Palace of gourmet gourmets.

Limiting its exports to a few individuals and businesses, the Maître Pâtissier devotes himself to his loyal local clientele and to many gourmets passing through. Solicited by large pastry shops, tearooms and delicatessens, he declined their resale request to continue to control the production and sale of his fresh products.

Thirty people make up his team. Trained in collaboration with the chamber of trades, his apprentices stay in the company or come back to settle there won by the culture of Adam, his family and body spirit.

Jean-Pierre TELLERIA-ADAM has passed on his know-how to his two sons, Andoni and Miguel, who are now the 13th generation to know the secret of the macaroon recipe and to make them in accordance with Basque tradition and know-how.
