Errotazar Duck craftsman

Errotazar is a family business founded in 1986 by brothers Juan Antonio and Fausto Prieto Irazoki.

It is located in Bera, a village in northern Navarre, on the border of French Aquitaine and Gipuzkoa.

After several years of apprenticeship in bakeries in the Landes, the necessary knowledge and experience was acquired to create a business manufacturing duck products.

Since then, following an artisanal production system, with a rigorous selection of raw materials, a range of high quality products has been created: the products maintain their texture, flavor and nutritional composition until the moment of consumption.
