ARTISAN CHARCUTIER - GOURMET BISTRO
Located in the heart of the village of Sare. It's charcuterie know-how, quality products cooked with local sources (Kintoa...) Everything is transformed on site in our workshop. Adjoining is a pretty shop where we produce preserves, cured meats, Kintoa AOP ham... local cellar... All our cured meats are without nitrite salt, without preservatives.
