The restaurant is open from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening and from Wednesday lunchtime to Saturday lunchtime.
The cuisine with modern trends reflects all the culinary influences that Quentin was able to discover during his travels. Offering surprising tastes and atypical combinations.
The room is a mix between contemporary and traditional with Spanish influences from the bullfight frescoes painted on the wall.
