  Every weekend, the unique sagardotegi menu is offered to you, authentic and generous cuisine made to come and taste different sagardos, while respecting traditions.
  From Monday to Friday, the daily menu highlights local dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  
  The Kupela Sagardotegia cider house, which we want to be unique in the Northern Basque Country, wishes to bring to life the values of sharing and conviviality, immersed in the unique atmosphere of our land.

Answer: of course, at ttipia:⁠,⁠-⁠) Disappointed with this cider house. Positive points: top service, several types of cider offered and very good overall, beautiful well-cooked and generous txuleta. Negative points: I find the room very cold and very few singers. Nothing to do with a traditional cider house. Both entrances were tiny! Probably because I was alone. Omelette in six bites, hake in four bites. I had fries and more infamous! Never seen such bad fries. Ridiculously small slice of cheese. Cherry on the cake ? €42 for the menu. For the same price, I would have been less disappointed in one of the brasseries in the city center. This is my personal opinion compared to other cider makers in the Basque country.

Very nice establishment, very well decorated: modern, industrial style. On the other hand, having gone there on a Friday evening for dinner with friends, it turns out that it is noisy! The tables being very wide, we couldn't hear each other. For the Cider House menu which appears tempting, a few disappointments all the same: xistoras which were only half a bite / cod omelette: excellent / cod steak: very good / txuleta: with my friend, disappointed because we were having a real joy of eating it and our rib was tough and not very tasty, while that of our wives was better. And then one more piece wouldn't have been too much / salad / the sheep's cheese was good and for 4, 2 tiny pieces of quince paste / small walnuts. The ciders were good! So very mixed experience.

We had an excellent evening at this cider house. The menu was excellent and the cider very good.
