- In a magnificent building made entirely of wood and stone which has retained all its authenticity, TTiPiA is a place as we like them where tradition and originality blend and where Basque cider flows directly from the barrel.
  
  Cider house menu: €39
  
  Cod omelette, Spanish hake, Chuleta (beef rib) , sheep's cheese with walnuts, quince paste and Sagarno (Basque cider from the barrel) at will.
  
  The chef uses only fresh products for his cooking.
  Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday lunchtime) at €14 with starter, main course, 1 glass of cider.
  Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday lunchtime) at €18 with starter, main course, dessert, 1 glass of cider.
  Small cider menu at €35: choice of hake or txuleta
  
  Express menu only at lunchtime: 28 euros (starter of the day + txuleta fries salad + 1 glass of cider)
  
  Schedules :
  Open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive
  Sunday 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
  Monday: closed
  
  Annual leave: the first two weeks of January and one week at the beginning of July

Ce restaurant, la cidrerie, nous étions environ 80 personnes au 2ème étage, un moment de partage très sympat, accompagné d'un service impressionnant (rapide, plats chauds, après la montée de 2 étages), la TXULETA, parfaite, que demander de plus ; l'amitié, le partage, de nouvelles connaissances. Merci à toute l'équipe. Et de belles fêtes !

Good evening, we came with 16 people on Friday evening and you are not worthy of running this establishment.. A bill of more than €800 and 50 tips for the team.. A tortilla or omelette, I don't really know, much overcooked, dry and made in advance obviously.. not worthy of a cider house.. the hake smelled of ammonia, so not of the day... the passable side but completely common .. I eat better at home!! and the cheese, I don't even talk about it, we had more quince than cheese.. 6 unfortunate slices as thin as canson paper, we could see through them (2 plates for eight) we must stop this scam... menu at 39€ without fries, a tortilla for 4, 3 ribs of 500 g for 8, and 12 slices of premier cheese for 8 and wormy nuts like even porcini mushrooms don't have!! frankly a big joke... fortunately the waitress was nice!! when paying, not even a smile, Mr. Boss, not even a digestive offered for our big table.. and when you take 5 digo despite the refusal, you make us pay 25€ more.. shame on you.. We're going to advertise you, don't worry.. you should go hide away in your kitchen.. where are the old bosses!!!
