In a magnificent building made entirely of wood and stone which has retained all its authenticity, TTiPiA is a place as we like them where tradition and originality blend and where Basque cider flows directly from the barrel.

Cider house menu: €39

Cod omelette, Spanish hake, Chuleta (beef rib) , sheep's cheese with walnuts, quince paste and Sagarno (Basque cider from the barrel) at will.

The chef uses only fresh products for his cooking.
Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday lunchtime) at €14 with starter, main course, 1 glass of cider.
Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday lunchtime) at €18 with starter, main course, dessert, 1 glass of cider.
Small cider menu at €35: choice of hake or txuleta

Express menu only at lunchtime: 28 euros (starter of the day + txuleta fries salad + 1 glass of cider)
