Custodian of a true chocolate tradition in the inland Basque Country, Chocolaterie Laia is among the last artisanal chocolateries to produce its products directly from the cocoa bean.
The chocolate factory receives dried beans from the noblest cocoa origins: Central America, South America and Africa.
Direct processing of the cocoa bean makes it possible to produce couverture chocolate and gives rise to great vintage chocolates.
It is in the heart of the pretty village of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port that we have set up our third store. You will be able to discover all our artisanal products and taste our hot chocolates and homemade ice creams!Our other stores: Saint-Etienne-de-Baigorry and Ossès.
