    • A pastry chef and chocolatier for over half a century, Maison Mendivé has been perpetuating the Basque gourmet tradition by offering pastries with a frank and authentic taste. It is Franck who will complete the range with chocolate candies, bars, bites, lollipops... and other sweets that today delight amikuze gourmets and gourmands...

      Amatxi cake, grilled corn praline, almond paste with cherry juice, cherry cookies, real "pilotak" small balls of chocolate and of course Basque cake... so many delicacies to discover.

      We welcome you every day from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. except Mondays and Sunday afternoons.
