Laia chocolate factory An authentic setting for exceptional chocolate from the Basque Country

Custodian of a real chocolate tradition in the Basque Country and in the Baïgorry Valley, Laia chocolate factory is one of the last artisanal chocolate factories to produce its products directly from the cocoa bean.

The chocolate factory receives dried beans from the most noble cocoa origins: Central America, South America and Africa.

The direct treatment of the cocoa bean makes it possible to make couverture chocolate and gives birth to great chocolates.
