Pierre IBAIALDE designs preserves made in a traditional and homemade manner.

Our preserves:

• Cooked meals (Piperade, AXOA, Garbure)
• Canned duck (2 legs, candied sleeves, duck pâté, duck pâté with Espelette pepper puree, candied gizzards)
• Canned pork (pork confit, shank, candied sausage, country pâté, blood sausage with Espelette pepper puree, Armagnac liver pâté)

Entering the world of IBAIALDE ham means discovering the secrets of ham preparation, from pig breeding to maturing... Cross the maturing room with 800 hanging hams, the salting room and the drying room.

You will end your visit with a tasting of the house's flagship products.

This guided tour lasts approximately 45 minutes , tasting included.

GUIDED TOURS ON RESERVATION: €5 per person and €2.50 from 8 to 14 years old inclusive and free under 7 years old inclusive.
