    • Pierre has been welcoming you for over 30 years now to help you discover his workshop and his profession. This guided tour lasts approximately 45 minutes, tasting included. You will know everything about the secrets of preparing ham, from raising pigs to curing the pieces over many months. You will pass through the curing room with 800 hanging hams, the salting room and the drying room will be presented to you in detail. And you will finish by tasting the house's flagship products.

      GUIDED TOURS ON RESERVATIONS €5 per person and €2.50 from 8 to 14 years old inclusive and free under 7 years old inclusive.

    My first review was glowing but I had to change it two years later. They use the contact details collected when booking the tour to send promotional mailings to the house. I wrote to them to ask them to stop, they responded favorably and yet I still receive these letters. Invasive and disrespectful.

    Fun and very enriching visit, thank you to the guide for taking the time to answer our questions and to explain the art of Bayonne ham as well :)) The supplement of the tasting and a real delight for the taste buds, I highly recommend this visit
