Taloa, bread from the Basque Country
It is one of the many emblems of Basque gastronomy. This artisanal corn cake has been the joy of all gourmets for generations. Made with respect for tradition, our taloas are produced on site and by hand every day. For this, we use Basque and organic Arto Gorria corn flour (Grand Roux Basque) and ancient wheat.
At Taloka, We are militant while working. We source our supplies exclusively through short circuits, with farm products from surrounding farmers and producers.
Our menu is inspired by modern and traditional cuisine, and evolves with the seasons and arrivals; a true concentrate of the Basque Country !
